REFUND POLICY

General Policy

At Nails by Parva, we take pride in providing high-quality nail services with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of beauty and nail treatments, all completed services are non-refundable.

By booking an appointment, clients agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Satisfaction & Repairs

Client satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience lifting, breakage or issues with your nails within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us with clear photos of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer a complimentary repair appointment.

Repairs requested after this period may be chargeable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after the service is completed
• Personal preference regarding colour, shape or design once approved during the appointment
• Damage caused by biting, picking, accidents or improper aftercare
• Services received from another salon after your appointment with Nails by Parva
• Delays or dissatisfaction caused by late arrival to appointments

Deposits & Booking Fees

Deposits and booking fees made through Treatwell or other booking platforms are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation, no-show or missed appointments, subject to the booking platform’s policies.

Allergy & Medical Responsibility

Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, infections or medical conditions before the appointment.

Nails by Parva is not responsible for allergic reactions where no prior information was provided.

Service Adjustments

If there is an issue with your treatment, we kindly ask clients to contact us directly before seeking corrections from another salon.

We will always do our best to resolve genuine concerns fairly and professionally.
