Bookings
Online bookings are managed securely through Treatwell. Appointment availability, confirmations, deposits and cancellation policies may be subject to Treatwell’s booking system and terms.
Once a booking is confirmed, clients will receive confirmation directly through Treatwell.
Clients are kindly asked to arrive on time for their appointment to ensure enough time for the full service.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment depending on availability.
Late arrivals may affect the quality or completion of the service provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the booking platform and selected service. Please refer to your Treatwell booking confirmation for full details regarding deposits, cancellations and appointment changes.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full upfront payment for future appointments.
Payments
Full payment is required at the end of each appointment unless paid in advance through Treatwell.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Additional charges may apply for extra length, detailed nail art or advanced custom designs.
Nail Repairs
If you experience lifting, breakage or issues with your nails within 3 days of your appointment, please contact Nails by Parva with clear photos and we will do our best to arrange a repair appointment.
Repairs requested after this period may be chargeable.
Damage caused by picking, biting, accidents or improper aftercare is not covered.
Removal Services
Professional removal is recommended for BIAB, gel polish and acrylic products to help protect the natural nail.
Nails by Parva is not responsible for damage caused by self-removal or removal carried out by another salon or technician.
Health & Safety
Clients must inform us before their appointment of any allergies, infections, injuries, sensitivities or medical conditions that may affect the service.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment where necessary.
All tools and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitised between every client appointment.
Nail Art & Design Requests
Inspiration photos are always welcome. While every effort is made to recreate requested designs as closely as possible, slight variations may occur depending on nail shape, length, colours and available materials.
Complex nail art may require additional time and cost.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of nail services, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.
If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and offer a suitable solution where appropriate.
Personal Belongings
Nails by Parva is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
